Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to ask about a return.
- Personalized items are made for one buyer, so they are returnable when the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof. Those cases always get a replacement or a full refund, at our cost.
- Non personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition.
- Digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded; if a file is defective or does not match its listing, we will repair, replace or refund it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. To start a return or refund, email ops@trendloopstore.com and we will reply within one business day with the next step.
