TrendLoop sells made to order home goods, personalized gifts and digital spreadsheet files through trendloopstore.com. By buying from this store you agree to these terms.

Orders and production: Most physical products are made to order after you check out. Production and delivery windows are stated on each product page and on our Shipping and Returns page. Personalized products are produced from the details and files you provide; a proof is emailed for approval on proof eligible products, and production starts after approval.

Prices and payment: Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown before checkout, along with shipping. Shipping in Canada is C$9.99 under C$75 and free at C$75 and over. We do not add charges after checkout.

Your details: Provide accurate personalization text, names and photos. We print what the approved proof shows. Errors in details you approved are not covered by our returns policy; errors we make are, in full.

Digital products: Spreadsheet files are delivered as downloads for your own use. Do not resell or redistribute the files.
