Custom Pet Portrait Mug: Your Pet's Photo and Name on an 11 oz Ceramic Mug

Your pet's portrait, printed on a mug, with their name set with it.

How it works

Place your order, then email one clear photo of your pet and their name, exactly as it should print, to ops@trendloopstore.com with your order number. We set the portrait and the name on the mug and email you a proof within 24 hours. Nothing is made until you approve the proof. If the printed mug differs from the proof you approved, that error is ours: we remake or refund at our cost.

The mug

White ceramic mug, 11 oz (0.33 l), with a C handle. Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Delivery

Your mug is made after you approve your proof. Delivery in Canada takes 5 to 8 business days, starting after proof approval. Shipping is C$9.99 on orders under C$75 and free at C$75 and over.

Returns

30 days from delivery. A custom mug can be returned or remade if it arrives defective or if the error is ours. If the proof was approved as sent and the mug matches the proof, it cannot be remade, so check the proof carefully.
