The 60 x 80 in size is C$169.99, so it clears the C$75 free shipping line on its own. The smaller size ships at the standard Canada rate unless the rest of your order passes C$75.

Why does it take longer than the other products?

It is custom work. Your blanket is produced from your photo after ordering, then shipped. The 10 to 30 business day window covers both steps.
